This week has been crazy cold. Like -30 cold. So we did not go outside all weekend. On top of it my husband has a severe cold. He has been laying in bed for three days now. I hope he gets better soon. So this will be a comfort food meal plan, also very frugal since he has taken days off of work and he is our only income.
Sunday- Chili, fritos
Monday- tacos, rice, chocolate cupcakes
Tuesday- Pizza, cinnastix, breadsticks
Wednesday- Hamburger hash, left over cinnasix
Thursday- macaroni mess, sugar cookies
Friday- General Tsos chicken, brown rice, chocolate pudding pie
Saturday- Fajitas, leftover pie, or cookies

Ooooh what is macaroni mess? That sounds like something my kids might think is fun!

Cook about 1lb macaroni noodles, brown some hamburger seasoned with seasoning salt, and garlic, grate 2 bars cheese, and saute mushrooms, and onions. Layer noodles, the hamburger and then onions and mushrooms end with cheese. Do the layers twice. Then pop in the oven until the cheese is melted. Done.
