How to use pork roast 4 ways

I have not written in here for about two weeks now. I have been busy with Bobbiesue starting school. I have been cleaning and cooking like crazy. Last night I just made a cheesecake for my family to enjoy after their dinner of pork roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, and rolls. My house is finally almost completely clean. It is cleaner that it has been in a long time. But now that I have a cold and am feeling run down it is slowing down at least for now. I am also learning how to drive; something I though I would never be able to do and I am actually doing pretty good at it. Me and my husband now have a matching pair of 2003 buick regals. Mine is silver and his is black. His is a GS with a supercharger and mine is silver without. I didn’t want a supercharger so he was nice enough to find me one without one. They scare me. I don’t know how to handle that much power.

I am going to post how to use a pork roast multiple ways today. I found an amazing sale on pork roasts this weekend 1.30 per lb this weekend at our local grocery store.

1.)The first way we used it was with stuffing as a side.

2.)The second day we ate is with mashed potatoes and rolls.

3.)The third day we are probably going to do pork carnitas. We usually just recook the pork and add salsa, sour cream, cheese, onions, and peppers to it.

4.) Pork sandwiches with baked potatoes with sour cream and cucumber salad on the side.

Thank you for reading this.
